Enchanted glitchcore forest, with forbidden fruit imagery

A promotional product launch curated by Solange/Saint Heron

Golden Apple 23yr release party

"For the launch of Crown Royal’s luxury innovation, Golden Apple, [L.A. based marketing agency] Brand New teamed up with the iconic creative group Saint Heron to present “Like The Moon, Like The Sun,” a multi-sensory event curated by visionary Solange Knowles. As the lead experiential and talent agency, Brand New orchestrated the event at the historic City National Bank, featuring a 360-degree video installation with a commissioned 3D visual piece by artist Jacolby Satterwhite, live performances by serpentwithfeet, and DJ sets by Ant Blue Jr. and Quintette, culminating in a celebration of the profound connection between culture and gold."

THE brand lore:

the project details

Facilitated by the bi-costal integrated marketing firm Brand New: A Collective, this particular event from the partnership between Solange + her own creative agency Saint Heron and Crown Royal for the purpose of launching the distillery's Golden Apple 23yr Whisky featured an incredible roster of creative talent. My commission was to create a sprawling 40ft tabletop enchanted forest installation as both an immersive merchandising platform for the whiskey product boxes and display bottles, and also a functional yet aesthetic service area for the catered  hors d'oeuvres. Additionally, we created pieces for the back bar and top of the grand piano, adding an enchanting and tactile element to the multi-media presentations and performances by Jacolby Satterwhite, serpentwithfeet, and Solange. With "forbidden fruit" and "glitchcore forest" as some of the guiding aesthetic inspirations, I gilded ferns, apples, and snakes by hand (you know, basic floristry!) in preparation for this one-night, invitation-only fête, hosted on Juneteenth in Galveston, giving it extra special significance to the all-black performer lineup, and Solange herself, who has family roots in the city.

Hi, I’m Hannah — florist, folklore enthusiast, and your local moss goblin with a penchant for logistics planning

I run Edges Wild Studio, a one-woman floral design house where story, art, and botany meet. Whether you're planning a wedding that feels more like a spell than a ceremony or building an immersive brand campaign that needs a wild world to hold it in, I'm your gal. My work blends myth and material together, through meticulous planning, sharp creative instincts, and the occasional zip tie. I have a wealth of experience in weddings, editorial shoots, public art, brand launches, and many weirdly wonderful one-offs. I specialize in taking your vision (even the half-formed and too-strange-for-Pinterest) and giving it tactile, visual form that people remember. I would love to hear from you if you're ready to create something unrepeatable, unexpected, and intensely alive!

Edges Wild is my one-woman folk artistry studio, a place for ideas to take form, flowers to find their feelings, and projects to unfold with care, curiosity, and weird delight.

Folk Art Floristry is a strange kind of beautiful. It might not be typical, but it is always tender, intentional, and alive.
